Mcdonald's - Homestead

They post the open up at 6 AM.I've been waiting twenty minutes and they're still not opoor service

By far my worst McDonald's experience.The drive thru worker tried to give our shakes to the truck in front of us, we are in a hatchback.The fries were extremely oversalted, the burger was barely together. Did I mention they didn't even include straws?App didnt work here either.We will NEVER be coming back.

The first time going to this location I remember a angry employee yelling at her coworkers and supervisor threatening to quit her job over a dispute with a customer in the drive-through and it turned into a long drawn out drama so I took my son and left. I came back several months later one the morning and ordered some mcmuffins and iced coffee, when my boyfriend asked if he could get some ketchup packets the the lady got an attitude about and slammed my iced coffee down and rolls her eyes before giving us a handful of ketchup packets. It seems like this location has some of the rudest and most unprofessional staff out of any other location I been to. Can't ask for the smallest thing without the employees getting mad at you for it. Also they need to clean and wipe down their tables more often.

Why is that McDonalds ice cream machine is broke or they don't have ice cream every time.

It's a McDonald's. Just given that, you know it's terrible. Even if I enjoy the food (and the fries are amazing) while I'm eating it, it makes me feel gross after I'm done. This particular McDonald's sometimes randomly closes their dining room, the service is not particularly great, and for whatever reason every time I go there there is someone screaming for help about the stupid order kiosk. However, the deals on the app are pretty unbeatable and if you have kids and not a lot of money for lunch, that app is nearly priceless. Plus, kids love McDonald's. Those horrible toys in the Happy Meals, I think, are the reason. They're buying our childrens' souls for pennies worth of plastic.
