Taco Bell - Homer Glen

The workers do not even know their own specificities. on a weekday at 2:30 o'clock ordered three medium-sized drinks and they tried to charge me $8 for three drinks. if they're $3. I had to tell her and she's like oh, yeah, I forgot. be careful!

I usually drive to Hickory Hills since there Taco Bell is much better. Decided to give this location another chance however I was once again disappointed. First off I can’t even order half of the menu items because they are out of them or “ don’t offer them anymore “. Ordered supreme tacos, got regular. Tacos were made up of 80% cheese 10% meat and 10% lettuce. The tacos weren’t even warm.

I 'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered my food and it was 14 items, I didn 't think to check the bag. I get back to work and there are only 8 items. The guy in the drive though window hands me everything the first time around and goes makes sure to do the survey and give us a good review we 'll I gave them a decent review now I absolutely regret it. I 'm extremely disappointed. I had to drive all the way back, waste time and gas for my limited lunch time I get. At least they agreed to remake the order and give us the food. I 'm giving them 1 more chance if they mess up again, I 'm not coming here and I 'm telling everyone I know not to come here either..

I normally don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but this is twice in a row now. Last time, my Chicken Quesadilla just had cold, shredded cheese. Not the end of the world. This time? This time it's like they're actually trying to mess everything up as much as possible. The Quesadilla had almost nothing in it. It was so cut backwards. How do you mess that up?! The hard shell tacos felt suspiciously light when I took them out... because there was almost nothing in them... and they put in chicken instead of ground beef. We're talking literally like two pieces of chicken, two cubes of tomato, and a little dusting of the rest. I do plan on going back because it's the closest location, but I'll just hold up the drive through line by inspecting everything before pulling away from now on.

No Mexican pizzas (again), ordered soft shell taco supreme received regular tacos (more than once). No receipt ever given. I will get a receipt let corporate know.
