The food was delicious and the piano music was excellent.

This hotel is great, with friendly staff and a pub downstairs that offers inexpensive drinks. The bathrooms in the rooms could use some modernization, but overall it's a solid choice. I would give the rooms a 4, service a 5, and location a 4. The highlights of the hotel are its quiet atmosphere and great value.

We stayed 3 nights in a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Here is our feedback: 1. The handwashing facility basin was located next to the double bed. With no taps inside the bathroom, we had to use the basin every time someone needed to wash hands or brush their teeth, which was quite disruptive when the others were trying to get some sleep after a long day of activities : 2. As any sensible person would, the first thing we do every time we get inside is wash hands, but unfortunately, there was no handwash, and we ended up using the complimentary soap bar to wash hands! 3. Usually, any motel you stay in would provide you with the basics, and you wouldn 't expect anything more as it 's a motel, not a hotel. However, contrary to the name Markets Hotel , this place lacked most of those basic things, including a tissue box! 4. While the room and the bed sheets were clean, when it came to housekeeping, things weren 't as good as we had hoped. On the morning after our arrival, we left the tag on the door that said Please make up my room , however, when we returned at night, the room was far from made up . They did leave us fresh towels and toilet rolls, but the beds weren 't made, and neither were the batroom floor or the carpet cleaned. The next day, we left the room hoping they 'll do better this time, but to our surprise, they didn 't even touch or restock a single thing! Luckily, there was half a toilet roll left for us to last until the next morning, which was our last day. We personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place unless they make some serious improvements to their services. As believers in constructive feedback, we hope this is viewed by everyone positively and hope that management will take into consideration the basic needs of their guests. Thank you!

We were fortunate to celebrate a special birthday dinner of my girlfriend Recently. Basically I’m from London and the most attentive service by that Indian girl , she was very cooperative and giving wonderful service for us . I really appreciate the managerial staff and special that Indian girl every one need to be same like her and after that hotel experience I’ll definitely recommend that hotel to my friends in London . Thanks to the Indian girl . Great job
