Grand Monarch Food Outlet - Homagama

The place is good and food is good but they allow smoking inside the premises and ruin the atmosphere. The terrace is also part of the Hotel but full of smokers and when complained offer private rooms inside. However, there is no dedicated smoking area and hundreds and hundreds of visitors mainly families with kids suffer due to smoking allowed within the premises. Whilst it is prohibited smoking in Public areas the law is violated.

Very good place for a reasonably priced meal that was very good, The number of seats available appear to be limited

I had my homecoming in Grand Monarch ballroom on October 22nd and it’s the best decision I have taken in my life. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was remarkable and friendly. From the beginning of planing our event Mr. Gopi helped us tremendously. Actually without him I couldn’t plan the whole event. His ideas and his selections on the buffet worked out very well as he said from the beginning to keep trust on him. I trusted him and it didn’t disappoint me at all. Grand monarch is a place with value for money and a great place to celebrate your special days . Special thanks to Mr.Gopi and I surely recommend him to anyone without any hesitations .

This restaurant is situated in the 3rd floor of the Grand Monach. From the very first step into Dynasty we felt special, Mansoor met us at the door and looked after us throughout our meal. Like other reviews have mentioned, the food is exquisite, and served to your plate. We opted for Chinese and everything was flavoursome and well presented. The restaurant boasts 2 outdoor seating areas as well as the AC indoor restaurant. The kitchen is spotless (you can see some of what goes on from the outside area). Restrooms are very clean too. It's a Must Try restaurant for everyone. We will be back. Thank you Mansoor for looking after us so well.

I had an incredible dining experience at Island Spice in Monarch Imperial, thanks to the amazing food and service provided by Mr. Mirshad. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with authentic sri lankan flavors and spices. The service was equally impressive Mr. Mirshad was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Island Spice at Monarch Imperial and especially Mr. Mirshad for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and service.
