Uj's Asian Bistro - Holmdel Township

Very nice seating. A bit small so call to see if there is room. Chinese Japanese we had the orange chicken which could have been a little bigger Bitesize and a little more orange flavor. Yellow white tuna was beautiful so tasty. They mistakenly gave me chicken katsu Benito box. It was so large very good worth it.

After years to be a confident patron. UJ's has finally gone and served Store bought Ramen noodles directly from the package and they even used the package broth mix instead of their own house broth!!!! Uploaded full price, all they did was add bok choy and pork slices. Look at you! No!

Again on the street, try new places. The food from here is great! Still hot, and a huge part, enough for lunch tomorrow too!

Ordered a few different special sushi rolls, not impressed at all. recently dragged from top to north and my wife to me are pampered with really good sushi spots that do not help in trying new spots, but this sushi was seriously tasteless and strange. will not be ordered again. I'm sorry to leave a bad review because I know someone's business, but it's just not good

Our whole family loves the food here. The prices are good and everything tastes great. My daughter said no other chicken can ever taste this good after she tried their pineapple chicken, and I thought the sesame chicken was the best I 've had in the area.
