My wife and I had Carne Asada, Soft Tacos and Guacamole. The food was delicious, but the manager Tiffany made it a great experience. She was friendly, attentive and funny.

Diana was absolutely amazing for us. She deserves no doubt! She gave the best customer service and gave us great recommendations to get the drinks. We are customers for life. Every minute in Lime. Thank you, Diana! Happy customer.

I give Lime Fresh Mexican Grill a 5-star rating, not only because the food is delicious, but I feel more important, it is the amazing customer service that they offer along with providing good food. I recently had a slight thing to go with an order so I called the restaurant. I was connected to the manager, Tiffany, who listened to me, told me that it was rectified and offered a free escape on my next visit. When I visited again, I could meet Tiffany personally and she did well on this offer and was so friendly and professional about it! Fortunately, her district manager was on site this day and helped so I was able to praise this amazing staff while I was there. Your crew in the kitchen including Gerard and all his mates throughout the restaurant are the bomb!! They won't be disappointed. ?

Place was dirty maybe lack of staff, although 4 in uniform and 2 in a black uniform (can be General Manager? For felt like 4 groups of customers (vary 2 min 4 max found garbage on the floor where I sat and in the bathrooms. Oddly enough service was just okay, they waited for me to say hello and asked me to take my order. The food came fast and it was pretty good, Carne Asada and Shrimp? tacos come with tortilla chips and I get a variety of salsa
