Cooper's Hawk Winery Restaurants

I went here for lunch three times and Og. I'm obsessed with the truffles. Not to mention how delicious lunch was. Every three times the waitresses were super friendly and helpful when choosing what to eat. The last two times I got the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich from the cook special. It is crispy and soft in the right places. Not to mention that the pig literally melts in your mouth. It's a little more expensive lunch worth it. I had the gnocchi, which was also very good. On all three occasions sat with staff, and we all agree that there was nothing we did not like before. And the truffles... I have to literally cover my eyes to not buy everything.

They were very kind to find us a table when the restaurant was packed. The food was good and good quality. But at the moment they were serving the risotto the portions were varied, some plate had less and others more. So, we told that to our server and she just said at least you were seated ? Her customer service was good, she was very attentive but that comment. ????? Thank God the manager passed by our table and we told him and fixed the issue, very kindly.

Honestly surprised us with the quality food and service. Closest we could get to a Michelin star restaurant in Pembroke Pines. Amber was our waitress and was incredible. Super sweet and attentive to our needs and was even generous to give us a special dessert due to a celebration we were having. The lobster bisque was in-cred-ible. It is clear the kitchen is a from scratch kitchen. It is pricey, but definitely coming back for such quality good and service . Thanks again Amber! ??

We had wine tests before our dinner reservation and it was the best at all!!! For our dinner we order the salmon and chorerases I highly recommend it. For an amazing finish we order the crème brûlée and it was the yummiest!!!!!!

Coopers Hawk gives a beautiful ambience and delicious food. Served in a timely manner and large waiter/wax service. The beauty of this place is that they couple the wine to the duck. Very recommended.
