Ben Jerry's - Hollywood

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I'd give zero stars if I could. Bought two little Brownie Specials for $20. The guy was extremely rude all the time and when we wanted to order a third brownie special, he said he was sold out? Although he had at least five more brownies of what we could see on the display. He literally decided to stop work and not serve us for absolutely no reason. I feel bad for whoever this Ben Jerry belongs to because employees like he lose you clientele and money and I feel bad for his partner because he obviously has bad problems. We liked to go to Haagen-Dazs (competition), because we will never be here again EVER AGAIN.

Boardwalk prices. Fast service. Milkshake a little too thin (runny), I would have asked for a thick one. Great choice.

It's Ben Jerrys, of course the ice is great. Staff treat large quantities and complicated orders with ease!

Rude staff. We bought 3 ice creams, and they wouldn't allow my son to taste a small sample of a taste. (But gave a man a free way he seemed to know about 2 minutes later). My son asked him if the tasters were the same in both cases, and he said: Yes? Of course they were not the same and I had to buy an additional cup to avoid a meltdown. Go to one of the other places in the area. Many decisions and much better service.

Do not get the shake, very watery. For a cookies and cream shake they were missing the cookies and the cream in the flavor. We also got the tonight dough in a waffle cone, but had terrible customer service. Love the idea of ice cream on the beach, but should have gone somewhere else.
