Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The restaurant's lobby is closed due to the pandemic. There is no entrance to the restaurant. So you can't go to the restroom when you travel and need relief. They also move the line fast. That was refreshing. The Zalads were fresh and delicious. I think they don't give enough salad for $9.

Zaxby?s has good food, so I often come here, but the service on this one place is a waste. I would recommend the apex location if they want zaxbys because this place almost never gets their order right.

I usually get the spicy fried mushrooms as a snack. I'm 9 months pregnant and had a massive desire for them. I ordered 2 commands from them through the drive thru (which was really fast! . Unfortunately they did not have enough for both commands, and they were not satisfied with how the one order came out. They gave me not only a voucher for the next time, but also gave me a whole meal! You really made sure the customer took care of it. That was the best fast food experience I ever had. They were so polite. Thanks Zaxbys team!

I probably come here twice in the week because I'm terrible, always go through, and they never got a command wrong. they are also super polite without being forced to sound.

The Grand Hill Pl Zaxby's has been my go to fastfood joint since it opened a few years ago. It's nothing fancy the service, wait time and everything are exactly as you'd expect them to be but what makes this location stand apart is that I have not once been upset by the quality of the food. Every meal I've eaten from this location has been on point and exactly what I asked for. And for that reason it gets 4 stars.
