Bidra med feedbackI went to this Subway located inside of Walmart earlier today at a little after 11AM today with some others for lunch. When we arrived inside no one was anywhere to be seen behind the counter to wait on customers much less great customers. We soon found out why. It was because the employee was sitting at the table against the wall with another lady talking and just hanging out. She did finally come behind the counter to wait on us. She didn’t great us at all. I placed my order and when I said I wanted “provolone cheese” she replied “does it look like there is any provolone cheese!!” I got shredded mozzarella cheese instead. I ordered a 6 inch sub and made it a combo. She rang me up. I saw in the keypad it asked was I a reward member and or did I want to become one. I chose that I wanted to become one. She keyed my order into system which cleared that away and I told her that I wanted to be a reward customer she replied “NO” very rudely. I said again I wanted to join the rewards program and she replied again NO! I left it at that. I asked her for my receipt and she told me “it’s broke !” I said ma’am I need my receipt and she again said “it’s broke” very rude. My order was $12.11 and she didn’t given a cup. I assumed with the price I had been charged for a large cup so I grabbed my own cup being she never handed me one. She came to my table where I was with my friends and food and demanded the cup back that had drink in it or me to pay her $2.50 more for the cup. I poured my drink into the smaller cup and handed her the large cup and she took it back to behind the counter with her. This lady has horrible customer service skills and honestly needs to be retrained and or not be working directly with customers. I’ve never been to any place of business and been denied my receipt. All of the others I was with were just as floored as I was by her behavior and how rude she was. This was my first time ever coming to this Subway. Very disappointed.
I want to give one more star if they are open as per their store timings. Their store hours are so unpredictable. Food is standard when they are open.
They don 't close at 10:00. They always cl9se at 8. I showed up at 7 tonight and the guy was irritated because he was cleaning up this is second time I dealt with this. Fix your hours and get employees that

I ordered Flatizza veggie flatizza and got a flat bread with some veggies on it. No sauce, no cheese nothing else. I would give them zero stars if I could.
