Food arrived piping hot. Miso was made with white miso. Yum. The nori or wakame, I couldnt tell which, was perfect! Not soggy, not stiff. Would have been perfect for morning breakfast, but I couldnt wait. Spring rolls were so-so. Good, but not spectacular. But the steamed dumplings were perfect! A meal all on their own. Dip them in the delicious sauce makes them over the top.
Hibachi Steak Chicken Shrimp!! Oh my!! Perfectly perfect! Tender and hot and so delish!! Job well done!
