Chipotle Mexican Grill - Holly Springs

Disgusting!!! Everything is dirty right at open?! We walked out after seeing the chicken cooking on a dirty grill!!

Got to this location right when it opened. Dirty windows on the front doors and saw the clearly not cleaned grill from who knows how long. Walked in and out and won't be back..food poisoning waiting to happen.

This has got to be the slowest and dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Have never had a good experience here and vowed never to come back...but my teens really wanted it tonight and I had hoped for a good experience. I order on the app, arrive 20 minutes after it tells me my food will be ready and still have to wait another 30 minutes for them to even start my order! Half the time they're out of ingredients and the restaurant is always a complete mess and so gross.

Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this location and they are not upto Chipotle’s standards at all. The quality and the quantity of the food is super poor and the staff aren’t friendly.

Food is decent, but service is terrible. When the food runs low in the bowls, they give you what is left without going to get another refill and sometimes it is barely anything. A bunch of teenagers working there which I respect the fact that they are working, I blame the management for issues mentioned, there is no management or supervision.
