Chick-fil-a - Holly Springs

The drive thru setup at this particular location is the worst I?ve ever seen at any restaurant in life. There are 2 drive throu lanes but only 1 is available for ordering on site. The other lane is for mobile orders only. The problem is that theybring the drive through orders randomly. After we received our order, we then had to wait almost ten minutes for the cars aheadof us to receive their food so we could leave. There has to be a better way.

Worst Chik-fil-a experience I?ve ever had. I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10am. I joined the drive thru line a 10:20 and they tell me that breakfast is over. There was only 1 car in front of me when I joined the left drive thru lane. Had Ijoined the other drive thru line, I would have been able to get my food. They were not accommodating whatsoever and cancelled myorder. I will not be coming back to this location.

I've tried their breakfast a few times at multiple locations I must add and just cannot get with it .. my rounds are ALWAYS soggy .. they won't let you upsize .. the sausage tastes like beyond burger , now the biscuits are good but it's like thechicken is not cooked enough and the biscuits make it soggy with almost a stringy texture.. .. NEVER the less the service isALWAYS impeccable. And workers incredibly friendly

Went for dinner and wanted to try the spicy grilled deluxe despite the high price. I wasn't told when I ordered that they were out of lettuce. When we asked the owner about it she responded in an unfriendly way that there's a lettuce shortage. If I hadknown, I would not have ordered this sandwich because the bun was soggy and falling apart halfway through from the tomatoes (andno lettuce as barrier). One of the things I always loved about Chick-fil-A was the service. It made other issues like long waittimes worth it. Not any more at this location! Also, my son ordered a cone and it was the tiniest I've ever seen. I overheardworkers saying they weigh them now.

As usual Chick-fil-A is just a most have if you have tried it before, so the experience was great, sadly even this place has little by little increased the prices whilst also reducing the portion, note this comment applies to every one of them I visitedso it is not unique to this particular store. Regardless the flavor, quality and freshness earns it a 5 star once again.
