I've been a happy customer for years. my credit card was hacked once by her website and they refused to allow mistakes. at the time this was the only website I put my credit card number on. after they have added * I started ordering from them again. I've always been a satisfied customer. contacted customer support a few times and never had a problem. the points are difficult to use and it takes a while until the points in an incomplete order are taken back to their account.
