Dunkin' - Hollis

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and 3 different employees tell me they'd be right with me. I had to leave. I can't stand there all morning.

I?ve stopped here about 3 times a week on my way to work for the last year. Sadly, I?ve moved and will not be able to patronize this location like I used to. I think this is one of the best run Dunkin? locations I?ve ever been to. I can?t speak to thecoffee I don?t drink it but the food was always made correctly and was nice and hot. The crew there are always friendlywhile also maintaining the sense of urgency you need to handle such long lines of customers. Never thought I?d leave a reviewfor a Dunkin? but someone?s gotta recognize them? Thanks for feeding me breakfast for a year, :

Dunkin used to be a lot of fun, but now it’s not the same. The donuts don't have the same great flavor, the coffee tastes burnt, and the sandwiches and hash browns have a metallic taste from the cooking surfaces. They’re almost always out of popular donut options, and it doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you go. Also, whatever happened to the cute glassware for holiday munchkins like they had back in the '80s?

This is definitely the best spot for a quick coffee! You absolutely have to try the Peanut Butter Cup Macchiato—ask them to add two extra shots of peanut butter. It will completely change your life!

I experienced extremely slow service despite four employees handling my order. It took ages to have my order taken, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. They didn't seem in a hurry to correct it either.
