Hardee's - Holland

Worst experience ever usually go there every Tuesday and get a chocolate shake this time was different there is only one car in front of me I waited to just have the person take my order through the intercom asking me to hold on literally sat there for 10 minutes waiting by the time they actually came to the intercom and asked me what I wanted I explained to them about the chocolate shake they told me, okay a minute later they came back and said our shake machine is not working again I waited there for 10 minutes!!! just for them to take my order Hardee's will never get my service again...

Well the Manger took care of me. I explained my complaint and was more so asking for a resolution. So I order onions rings and they tasted like total unediable food. I brought my concern to the Manger told her what I order. She told me that that's how there onions ring taste like now and that she even stop ordering them after Hardee's change them from beer batter to just breaded. I never new about this change but apparently some Hardee's have these unsavory breaded onions ring now. She offer to replace them with curly fries. Which I said ok. But she continued to go above what I expected by refunding my order and remaking the whole order with the included sandwich. I will mark this place as a place to never order onions ring for my future reference. But it will also be marked as a store that goes above and beyond my expectations for resolution of problems with food quality. February 9th 2022 at about 520pm Manger that was on duty I thank you for taking such care of a customer.

Good price. the commissioner was friendly and polite. it was clean and the ac definitiw worked! it seemed to take one because on the food order, but I would rather wait a bit for fresh food.

The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. The food was fresh and not just kept warm under a heat lamp.

I always make it a point to stop by this restaurant for breakfast or sometimes lunch, depending on the time of day. You can't go wrong with either option. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a family-run business. Do they continue to do a great job?
