Biggby Coffee - Holland

Absolutely they love their ice cream with butter bear taste. I'll go to biggby every time I'm in michigan. I would like to have one of them in central Georgia. hugo aka horhay, works on this. all are kind. love hugo! cleaner loading. easy parking space. go thru available.

If I were able to give 0 stars I would. I was there on Friday, March 25,2022. I gave them our order which was 3 small drinks alike and then 2 coffees and 1 vanilla drink. All smalls. The young woman said our order was large would we drive up and come inside to pick it up. There were 3 employees working. I then asked for them to bring it out since I had children in my car. The young woman so ok. It was downhill from there. After 10 minutes which became 20 minutes which became 30 minutes my daughter went inside. They had forgotten about our order. After another 20 minutes we had our drinks. My daughter stood and told them to keep working on our drinks. My daughter heard they ran out of milk and substituted Low-fat without letting the customers know. Certainly they need a manager who knows how to run a coffee business. We will not be going back to that Biggby?s again.

One of my favorite coffee shops and this location did not disappoint! Super helpful and lovely staff (drivethru) excellent breakfast sandwich, muffin and smoothie. And a wonderful choc Irish cream that was not too sweet. Always a favorite!

The people at both Holland biggbys are always so friendly. I think biggby is just a little quirky. The one on Chicago drive has a room you can use for corporate events and if I recall, the room was actually free to use, you just have to reserve it. I like going to the one on the south side with my four year old, and he says they have the yummiest treats.

I have only been to this BIGGBY one time and got a buy one get one free iced coffee with a coupon. Though I love their iced and frozen coffee, the guy that made mine drizzled the caramel all over not only the top, but all over the sides of both of the cups. Would not have been a problem if I didn't have to pick both of them up, get in my truck, and drive with them. Even though their coffee's are really good, I only get one once a year because I think they are way overpriced.
