El Mariachi - Holiday Island

Coming from Texas, where authentic Mexican food and TexMex is very plentiful, I am usually disappointed when I try to eat Mexican food in Arkansas. El Mariachi was a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the chips and salsa and beef Fajitas. I've never seen my 4-year-old daughter eating as much as she was here! They ate every piece of rice, beans and chicken quesadillas. Eating was delicious and servers were nice. Would definitely go back.

My wife had the Mexican Carnitas, she said everything was good, except the rice was cold. Was disappointed that you do not serve margaritas or other mixed drinks. Baked ice and sopapillas with ice and honey were excellent.

The service is / was excellent, the food is amazing and good in reason.

While on holiday, our friend stumbled over this restaurant. We ate there a total of 3 times and all adults and children enjoyed their meals. Some of us have ordered the same each time while others tried different plates. The enchiladas, tacos, tortas, chicken on the grill, etc were delicious. Her rice and beans were also delicious. If we're ever around again, my husband and I will be sure to stop by. The waitress and waitress were very nice and helpful. Very recommended to try this restaurant

Our waitress was very friendly and so helpful! And the food was absolutely spectacular! The chef's muscles weren't too bad either. Very wonderful experience!
