Kfc Sleaford Holdingham Roundabout

Went to Sleaford KFC and ordered some food, was told to wait in one of the bays and when the food came out which we waited 35 minutes for, was Luke warm and when we went into the store we told a member of staff who got their manager and the manager was unprofessional, abrupt and need to have more training in customer service. She took our food and and said she will re-do it now and I asked how long it would be she just walked off. We waited another 10 minutes and when asked for a refund as I could not wait any longer has I had a late shift to get to and I was 25 mins away from home. The food came out and she only re- did part the order which I only realised when we stopped the bit I checked was hot but when I stopped to eat the food most of it was still Luke warm so I ended up having to eat what I could and wasted my money and food. Especially having nearly 8 people in the shop and only 2 people actually working while the other staff members stood round talking. I will never go back there again and I will be reporting this to head office.
