Big little place to sneak while on my Sperm Donation World Tour of New Zealand, great reconciliations at the bar.

Nice place... very friendly staff and well valued, good portions meals. Try the ribeye steak with pepper sauce and a beer. Great.

After long days driving around the Sth Island, was dying for a home cooked meal and found it at the Hokitika Chartered Club. $19, can get you a large Roast Beef meal, if available and piled up high! Veges cooked to perfection, cheese sauce unreal and roast beef and gravy is amazing. Beer is cold, $7.50 for a handle of Wild Buck and staff are friendly and helpful, locals are all good. Well recommended!

5 star value for money meals, a half meal/small may fill most. A friendly crowd.
