Dunkin' - Hogansburg

Took 20 minutes to get two drinks, a bagel and a wake up wrap. My bagel was burnt. And my wake up wrap was also burnt, and very very crunchy. Made my drinks incorrectly.

Made five separate orders for me and who else was in the car and every order was completely wrong. Rude service. Went back through and complained about the orders and the girl says the machines are broken. Convenient they suddenly broke in two minutesand they didn?t try to deal with five messed up orders.

Best unsweetened iced tea in the area. Wonderful customer service, with employee temperaments ranging from slightly polite to very polite! Pretty quick moving line when there's a wait. Entry to the drive through is a bit awkward, however, doesn't seen tobe a problem when the plaza isn't busy...mildly annoying when it is.

I went there today at about 3:00 this afternoon and I asked for bacon, they were out. Then I asked for stuffed croissants and they said they?re discontinued, but they?re on the menu. I ordered two blue razberry coolattas and payed for two and then theytold me they only had enough to make one. I asked for a strawberry coolatta and they didn?t have that either. They were also outof the strawberry dragonfruit drink. I wanted to order large drinks and they were out of large cups and only gave me one strawfor my two drinks.

Closest Dunkin donuts from the Ontario border. Classic fast food taste, great coffee. They serve free puppy cups.
