Bremer Stubchen - Höxter

Searching for a good restaurant in tourist places is often quite difficult for local visitors. Because many gastronomy should never see a guest again. That is why we are trying to follow the locals in such places. This tactics led us two years ago to the Bremer Stübchen in Höxter at the end of the pedestrian zone, which is away from us. This is a small restaurant with about 35 seats. All dishes are also available. The clear map focuses on German and international snack classics. In addition, there are vegetarian hamburgers and vegetarian carvings. They are ordered at the counter, but the dishes are served at the table. During our visit last Thursday, the restaurant presented itself freshly renovated in and outside. The ordered vegetable burgers wait delicious, the pommes good and the salad fresh. There was really nothing to complain about and at the next visit to Höxter we will probably return to Bremer Stübchen.

My Jägerschnitzel Pommes Mayo was fine, the ambience was very nice, but unfortunately the service was friendly but somewhat inattentive. If I'm back in town looking for an upscale feast, I'd come back here.

Even if the place itself is chic.. -Bratwurst tasted as if it were 3 days old -Currysoße is really bad -Pommes silly almost raw -But the biggest cheekiness is the simple hamburger of such a thing I expect that is also salat on it, no Brötchen Pattie n klacks ketchub us n gürkchen!
