Burger King used to be a s@^t hole but now even tho young the staff is good respectful and professional, everyone is always working. It's werid to always see females cleaning bathrooms and mopping. When I worked fast food I would volunteer to do thosethings but maybe the way I was raised nothing wrong with a woman doing those things just don't see very often. Hats off to theBurger King 2.0
In the drive-through I ordered a burger with bacon and receive no bacon so I kindly ask him to just put the bacon on. When they handed it back it had fingerprints mushed in the bread so I returned it and ask for a refund. The men there said that I got arefund and that it would take up to 48 hours I waited almost a month and received nothing I spoke to the owner and he asked meare you really going to do all this for $20.
We were traveling through Hobbs when it started storming, so we came to Burger King so the kids could play. The Manager had poor customer service skills and was very rude and curt. Seemed bothered to help with my app, even though the app and all the perks uget for signing up is advertised all around the establishment?.I will sit in the car until the storm passes if I?m ever passingthrough Hobbs before coming back to this Burger King. The establishment should really look into hiring someone more personableand skilled in management.
I am so sad I am writing this review. I really liked the staff! They were fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE! I won't go on and on about it. I took pictures so you can check out the chicken patty I received and judgefor yourself.
