Shambles Brewery - Hobart

Amazing people brewing beer the way it should be, with science and passion. Beer was the best I've tasted in Tasmanian and every single one was quality. Not a bad beer in the bunch. Can't recommend highly enough

Had a great time and a great selection of beers I can recommend the farmers tan as top dog Needed more chicken in my chicken meal instead of batter coating and the breads were a bit too sweet Cheers for a good time

Stumbled upon this place with my partner while wandering down the road for dinner during a recent holiday in Hobart. Great setting, beer range was awesome, wine was yum and had a couple of burgers that were delicious! The bathrooms were cool and the space out the back looked like a fun venue for events. Loved it!

A solid place I stop at every time I'm in Hobart! A definite must. Beers are awesome, staff are friendly, bar itself is great!

We had our engagement party in the space out the back and it was perfect. The staff were so accommodating. We were allowed to decorate it however we wanted to, bring our own cake in and the food was amazing! Thank you for making our event so stress-free.
