This little cafe seems to be a very popular lunch spot We had the fried pork dumplings and a vegetable laksa for lunch.
The pan fried dumplings are pretty goodThe egg custard bun is not really what it's supposed to be so wouldn't recommend it.
Easily missed on a journey down Collins StDumpling Express rates highly amongst other Chinese restaurants in Hobart.
Small menu offering the most classic Chinese dishes. Even though the wait time was a tad long the flavours were authentic and the sizzling garlic butter seafood plate was well worth the wait!!
