When I go to subways for my sandwiches they always follow directions. The staff is always friendly. However when I order online I never can get my sandwiches the way that I want them. When I order extra onions extra lettuce and extra Subway's vinaigrette they fail to fulfill my order. I could understand if it happened one time but every time I order online this happens. Now I order online because it makes it convenience for me when I get there it's done and there's a discount. That is the only reason why I gave them four stars.
After traveling Upstate for some R R, we stopped by for some gas. Instead, we ventured in and purchased a Buffalo Chix Subway extra hot sauce. Went heavy on all the topping and there was plenty of Buffalo chicken in the foot long meal. Delicious and refreshing with a big of corn chips and a macadamia cookie for dessert.
Bad customer service from Theresa-when we walked up to check out, she closed her register and pointed to the next one without saying anything. On previous trips to the store, she has been unhelpful and rude as well.
The subway and mirabito managers both liked me and my work ethic... when I first started... the manager would walk past white employees SITTING on FOOD PREP counters on their phone to tell an already busy black or brown employee to do more work and then yell at them for not being able to do all the cleaning, prep, restocking, register running, the stuff the morning shift never did (they ran register and made food, that's it. If the trash was full they left the garbage bag in the closet for the night shift... mostly brown, black, or gay people with occasional white people when needed to fill the shift). They saw me in the newspaper at a pride parade... then suddenly all my shifts were night shift or weekend... the morning people never prepped anything for me or even for themselves unless it was absolutely out and they needed it for a customer. I was working 2-5 hour shifts while the morning shift worked 8 hour shifts, yet I was doing all of the prep and the entire days checklist for cleaning and filling the ice. I was told to clock out then keep working for 2 hours after my shift ended almost every day. I had called out to both managers and the person who was working subway the day before. I was written up for a no call no show. This was the only time I had ever called out, and I was late once. Meanwhile several other employees were HOURS late to almost every single shift, if they bothered to show up at all... none of them called... none of them were written up or even talked to... I thought my cat was dying, so I took him to the vet. He had a blood clot in his spine causing paralysis, and he was practically convulsing on the floor crying out in pain... I tried to call subway but nobody answered... I was 15 minutes late due to this... and the now subway manager, who said she was the assistant manager at the time but was listed as an associate, screamed and threw a fit and fired me on the spot... I worked there for almost a year... walked 2 hours there and 2 hours home, sometimes for a 2 hours shift, I called out once and was late once and was fired... but thankfully I have a better job now and am talking to lawyers about going after the owner for unjust termination, but I wanted people to know how they treat people, and you may not believe me after this, but the food is usually old and rotten and they try to make it last to reduce their waste...
