Papa Johns Pizza - Hixson

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a pizza delivery from Papa John’s, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I have had with a food delivery service. Not only was the pizza piping hot and delicious, but the delivery driver truly went above and beyond to ensure that my order was delivered in a timely and professional manner.First and foremost, the driver arrived at my doorstep with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly at ease. He was polite and professional, and his enthusiasm for his job was evident in the way he interacted with me. He even took the time to confirm my order and make sure that everything was correct before handing it over to me.What impressed me the most was the care and attention to detail that the driver showed in handling my order. Despite the rainy weather, he made sure to keep my pizza warm and dry by using a thermal bag. Not only that, but he also had all the necessary condiments and utensils neatly packed and ready for me, making the entire process hassle-free.The driver also went out of his way to accommodate my request for a customized pizza, which can sometimes be a challenge for delivery drivers. However, he took it in stride and made sure that my pizza was made exactly to my liking. It was evident that he took great pride in his work and wanted to ensure that his customers were satisfied.

App is messed up tried to call and all they wanted to do is try to push me to their customer support line knowing that no one will be there at 930 at night.

What is the point of placing an order 3 hours early with a specific pickup time only to find out they haven't even started your order yet and you have to sit and wait a half-hour for it?They did at least apologize for the error (rare enough these days) and have done well on ASAP orders in the past so I'll go 3 stars but some compensation (free drink, desert, small pizza next order) would be a proper response for my wasted time.Too many other pizza places to go to for poor service.

Ordered pizza and asked for them not to ring the doorbell (sleeping kids). Figured video doorbell would let me know when they got there. Their delivery driver either didn’t use GPS or didn’t see the house numbers that everyone has above their door because he left our pizza at another address. Happened to our neighbors as well.Save your time and money. Spend an extra dollar a pizza and order from somewhere that can afford to hire competent drivers.

The best Papa John pizza I ever have. At my old hometown in FL I never eat Papa John again because the bottom of the pizza taste like trash and this location does not taste like trash it taste great perfect cooked. I was kind of scare of trying Papa Johns and after first bite it awesome then my old pizza shop. I will order my pizza here once a month here.
