Cook Out - Hixson

Pretty good. Every time I get to cook, I get the pull plate with frits with a drink and maybe a shake (depending on how I feel) it was a very busy night tonight when I came to get my food, customer service was really good for it, so many people in the ride through! fine over $10, prices are reasonable, especially for some fast bbq food! I'm impressed! Many fast food jobs would be rude and hurry and even contract award, but I got good customer service here! Food is always good and fresh! 4 stars because it was packed and we waited longer than expected, but this is not their fault, even the pommes are blown up and normally it is only regular pommes. Would recommend!

I love this franchise. Sometimes you are only disappointed in the mood for something cheap food and Cook Out. You get what you pay for and a little more. But I was particularly impressed by the service at this point. A gentleman in a purple polo served us and he was excellent as the rest of the staff.

I'm really impressed by the quality of the people working here. Not sure whether this is a test for amazing management, good company perks, decent pay, or what, but something here works very, very good. Kudos to all who work on this Cook Out! You're all rock stars!

I love the staff here! I'm a difficult customer. I know. My order is always complicated. I have extra that, no that and so many cups of ice as I can order, without like a total pain in ... All that is said, my order is always prompt, fresh, accurate, served with a smile and friendly staff. I love her! They brighten my day and ruin my diet!

The food was hot and amazing! And the milk shakes! Just hold on a hot minute! The shake we got was banana pudding, and damn did it taste good, and by good I mean, Muuuummmmmmmmmm!
