The rams taste #1 (seafood tsukemen), says Curry Reis. Small restaurant with many customers. Friendly staff with a minimal English menu. Fine.
I've never tried Japanese diving noodles before I ran over this place. Food and service quality are good. It will be one of my favorite restaurants in Hirosaki.
I was intrigued by this place when I passed 2x on my way to Hirosaki Castle. After seeing cherry blossoms in the cold and in the rain, we decided to check and warm it up. It is located in a charming older building and the eclectic interior, well, works very well to a unique atomic sphere for the consumption of tsukemen. His very popular and waiting times can be long (we have heard), but we were lucky to go a bit later in the noon (about 130) and the service time was good. However, I can see how the care taken by the cooks to prepare meals could frustrate those who are eagerly waiting to eat. The tsukemen I had was excellent. The thicker than ordinary noodles (boiling longer than usual) are perfect for tsukemen and were made perfect. You can order them hot or cold I went with hot. The chicken base broth (with elements of fish, as the name of the shops already says) was very delicious. Very recommended
This place has really good tsukemen. The niboshi soup is very tasty, and they have three different types of broth (chicken, prawn and kombu) to water it down to become soup when you are done with your noodles. I recommend getting the special with the egg!
