Wish they had one closer to home I don't know why they closed the one in Harrisonburg

First time visiting, New to the place, just vacationing.Came in and the Cashier was nice, polite, and patient. Luckily, the inside and restaurant in general wasn't that busy so we could take our time ordering. My mom and I ordered the Seafood Trio. Nothing big to brag about greasy fried Seafood (Fish made two ways, Shrimp, Hush Puppies with Sides: Broccoli and Fried Okra in the belly. My only ding is that it seems we get everything ordered fresh from the fry basket with everything in the Fryer too. (All the fried bits floating while the food was cooking. The crumbs of fried batter pieces that came off the fish as it is fried. Not a fan of eating just Batter even if I mix the complimentary cocktail or tartare sauce on top. The dining room was nice and quiet. The only noise is of other patrons eating or talking. The place reminded me how Sizzlers had their menu/specials on the wall, while we entered, funneling us to ordered at the Cashier. After we ordered and found a booth to sit and the Cashier became a Server and brought our food to us. She even checked up on us after awhile. It was like a half fast food, half diner. My order was messed up, I was told they was making up for my having to deal with so much. Well that didn't happen and when I got home, food was missing. I called back to let them know. I was told to bring the food back along with the receipt either tonight or tomorrow. I'm so disappointed.

I've never eaten fried okra. This is the place to go for that. I love it, and the customer service is always pleasant.
