Surya is such a great restaurant and when our son first had his diagnosis of celiac, we thought we could never eat there again, how wrong we were! The food is clearly explained that the staff has knowledge and will check twice with the kitchen when they are uncertain. We were there for many great meals and never had any concerns that he was glued.
