Bidra med feedbackWe were there bright and early at 07:30am as we spent the weekend at the Knoll. Didn't feel very welcomed at first but they eventually warmed up to us. Intimate cafe, rustic surroundings with a small selection of locally manufactured toiletries and crafts on sale. Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Adequate portion sizes. We were very satisfied with our breakfast before a long trip back home. We were told that upon request, holidaymakers at The Knoll can have dinner prepared and delivered to their rooms.
Had a lovely lunch sitting outside in the shade of pin oak trees, listening to the birds and watching the chickens. Such a chilled vibe. Food was delicious. Service was good. Would definitely recommend having a lunch or breakfast here. Will be back.
Lovely outdoor venue, and a lovely fireplace on a cold day. Farm outdoor atmosphere, the Rex burger and Butternut Soup was gr8. Kids played noughts and crosses and dominos.
Great little gem in the midlands. Andrew is a very talented chef and he has tailored his menu well. bold where it needs to be yet subtly special and stunning for old favourites. this is a great spot for outside dining with lovely views, but equally great for cold misty days next to a roaring fire.
One dines in an ancient barn, on a beautiful farm, with forever views over Hilton valley. Excellent attentive service and with sumptuous food to match the beautiful location. A small hiking trail for those who wish to walk off their ample meal. Definitely will be back again soon!
