Carlton was great. eating was great (something cooked together) we would not have for such a small place and directly at the pool/rooms around the restaurant where people have no choice but to be exposed to it without the terrible loud wedding noise/music didn. but that side.

I had the low country boil and my husband the steak, both were tasty. The wait staff were professional and attentive. I'm glad I stuck with my choice to dine here.

The food was very delicious. The empanadas for the starters were great and the Black and mahi was great over their Greek salad. The mocktail was just a little too sweet too. Sugary

Great food and location near the beach. Service was excellent. However, we ordered draught beer and it was warm rather than cold. The server apologized and let us send it back and order bottled beer which was cold.
