When we dined at this restaurant, our table was not cleared between courses. We still had soup bowls and salads left on the table when our entrée was brought out. We had to ask the server to take it away, even though there were enough servers around. The attention to detail was lacking. We had dined the night before at Frankie's Bones and the service was excellent. We were expecting the same level of service here, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The fried green tomato, bacon, and pimento cheese sandwich was excellent!
The kitchen was slow. We had a play commitment and were worried when we had a longer than expected wait. Other than that all was well.
Server (Jess) and service were exceptional. Food was good, but not great. Flavors somewhat muted. Shrimp in paella were undersized and overcooked. Pork chop was good, but had significant part that was only fat.
