Pho Viet - Hilo

Best PHO IN HILO!! I tried every place in town, and this little one in the wall restaurant is the hands down the best! Everything on the menu is super tasteful - the house chili oil is my favorite because it packs a stamp (be careful if you don't have a sharp grip! . Your flavors have a depth that is missing in other Pho I have tried. Every time I have pho somewhere else, it reminds me why I always choose this restaurant over others! The people who run the restaurant are also very friendly and friendly and will be your enquiries as well as they can! Great food and great people! Thank you for everything you do!

Best Pho in Hilo. A small quaint space that always has a line but totally worth it. Their broth has so much flavor, but adding just enough of their homemade hot sauce, PERFECT

Size mixed with consistency. Our #1 Pho Restaurant. My wife and I literally only eat at another Pho place and it's all in Texas. Every time we get to Hilo, we have to get at least one bowl! My favorite is the spicy cattle pig and my wife gets the Pho Tai! We also get a Thai tea and an order of fresh spring rolls! It's delicious. We got it here!

We enjoyed a Pho dinner, and it was excellent. Although it's a small restaurant, the food was truly delicious—definitely the best Pho we've had! The service was quick, and all the menu items were under $10. We arrived at 6:00 PM and were able to get a table, but by the time we were eating, there were people waiting outside for a table!
