L&l Hawaiian Barbecue - Hilo

I had the barbecue mix plate , it was delicious!!!: My friend had the Kalua pork suitcase plate, she loved it!!!!: : sincere Pomaikalani, Aloha Chris Holschuh

The Hawaiian plate was good. It contained macaronisalate, steam rice, chicken and beef. Beef and chicken were soft, tender and juicy.

Reasonable prices and portions. Counter staff were always friendly and helpful. Food was good quality.

We love L&L- best mac salad and decent portions, especially the meat. Too bad they have next to no seating in the food court area, especially when a third of the tables were reserved for a party? Also, they should include easily accessible cleaning products for guests to clean/sanitize tables before or after use- we asked the workers and they gave us paper towels sprayed with something. Be mindful that parking is usually full so if it's raining hard prepare to get soaked. There are a few other take out options within the food court area, so we will be back to try some of them.

Asian chicken was a little dry but all in all not to bad.
