Mcdonald's - Hillside

The service is terrible, the customer service is extremely bad, the cashiers are rude, they are not friendly.

When I ask for sauce put the sauce in the bag your job is already easy to begin with is it really a hard task to do smh what a joke

My main complaint is with McDonalds' prices. Since Covid they have gone up at least 60% to date! They go up and when people complain, select items go down and now they are backup again and even more expensive! What used to cost me around $5 for 2 breakfast burritos and a large coffee recently was around $8.

Chicken nuggets were cold and had to reorder some fresh ones. But no attitude when asked

This place's drive through/overnight service is a joke. It is *not* a 24 hour location because at multiple different times overnight I have been told they were closed and turned away. There have been other times when they are open and it's taken twenty minutes to get through two cars in the driver through. I was disappointed because when I had been here and gone inside, everything was wonderful. Pleasant at the counter and quick food. Avoid the drive through, because nobody there at night wants to do a job.
