Henry’s Bagel Cafe - Hillsdale

Very delicious! Everything was very fresh and I'm super excited to make this our regular bagel shop! My only qualm is that there are no descriptions on the sandwiches/wraps which makes it difficult to order these items as my family has both dietary restrictions as well as allergies. It would be super nice to see descriptions added so we can try other items on the menu. :

No option to add toasted/butter/cream cheese etc to individual bagels. Called the store 14 times to get the order correct. Had to remove several items because the store was not able to add charges to the account and would not send my food without price adjustment. The woman at the cafe on the phone was not comprehending the conversation. Ultimately for them to give the driver my food, I had to remove 2 bagels from the order to compensate for the price adjustment, which BTW is entirely out of my control. That is a restaurant and Door Dash issue, not mine. I should be sent the food I paid for. Would not recommend or order here again.

Followed ins for iced coffee but forgot the salt pepper ketchup on my bacen egg and cheese
