Taco Bell - Hillsborough

Five stars for this Taco Bell!! The food is always fresh and delish, and the staff is polite and professional. Lola is amazing and you can hear her smile by driving through microphone. Shan was really amazing and when I had a little mistake on my last order she had friendly, professional and I could say she wanted to help me and make it right. I do not come across such a customer service at the level she has provided me and my family, and I was really impressed. This Taco Bell is something out of the way, but I like the way they do things here so that I run to that border! Thank you. Shan, Lola and the guy with the tattoos, you all rock!!!

Better food than most Taco Bells. Guy Manning Auto Orders on Weds nite 12/29 deserves special snapshots...friendly, helpful, patient. Although not requested, actually brought order to the car.

The American Flag they have flying is ripped and tattered to shreds... It was a terrible sight to see. It needs to be properly retired and a new one needs to be raised. This is on the shoulders of the manager and owner. It's a shame to not be respectful if you are going to fly that beautiful flag! ??
