Pueblo Viejo Mexican - Hillsborough

Pueblo Viejo has been consistently good every time I’ve been there for years. The menu is pretty standard for an American Mexican restaurant, with a few unique and delicious additions, the service is always fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I was worried about how they’d do when they had to move out of their old, historic building and then got hit by the pandemic, but they weathered both gracefully. While I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had there, I personally recommend the rellenos and birria tacos. The fajitas never disappoint either.

Food is consistently good as well as service. This is good casual dining Mexican food.

Fairly average Mexican restaurant. Not bad, but not spectacular either. I had pollo feliz which was very good. My daughter said her burrito was soggy.

Great place for a family dinner or even a special occasion. Casual, good food and drinks.

Best Mexican Restaurant in Hillsborough. Just check out this list and you will agree: -Queso -Half Gallon Beers -goblets of margaritas -great salsa -great unlimited basket of chips -you order and one minute later your entree is served hotter than the sun
