Mcdonald's - Hillsborough

I went the afternoon to McDonald's to get me some food was really hungry got my food drove 10 minutes down the road food was not fresh at all I called and called and called mind you I stay 20 minutes from McDonald's nobody answered all day I came when I finally had some free time when I got to the window the lady said she was not giving me my refund unless I gave her the old food back which was threw out she was very nasty had a nasty attitude and just very unprofessional her name was Maria I'm so disappointed with my service and with that manager

Y'all got some serious issues here. This place is disgusting.

The place stays packed. It is sometimes hard to get in or go thru the drive-thru. It's right off of the interstate and gets a lot of business and the parking lot is usually packed.Parking: You may have to wait till someone comes out to park.

Worst big breakfast I've ever had. The only thing edible was the pancakes.

Yikes! I only got coffee as I was on the road. Coffee was typical McDonalds. I used the restroom and it was very dirty. Dirt was laying next to baseboard moulding (looked like it had been there a while) showing how a broom is just skidded across the floor. No excuse for a rest room being like that. Glad I didn't order
