Schlotzsky's - Hillsboro

It isn't fine dining, but they do their sandwiches justice. Service is excellent and place is clean. What more can you ask for?

One stop to get a pizza for my son...the best sourdough bread

Wow..what a great sandwich! Have never been to a Schlotzsky's. The gentleman at the counter knew his stuff he took the time to explain the menu to us. Sorry we did not get his name but he did say he has been there for quite some time. Thanks for the great service and food. We were there about 3pm on 9-6-23

We flew to Dallas, drove to Austin, it came late and we were hungry. Found Schlotzsky on Google. Right in front of the Interstate. Huge sandwich and salad and it was as good as on the menu. Would stop.
