The breakfast for the vatertag had a wonderful time. our server was great, very attentive and funny. that was great. my man had not steak, but prime rib eggs, our daughter had a newport seafood omelet, and I had the traditional two egg breakfast. we are very happy to eat again.

Large selection. appetizer: spinach artichoke dip. lunch: blt and mushroom soup best in business. evening meal: pasta with meatballs and salad. ask for beet on salad! at some Fridays washing them meat grill. inexpensive but good. desserts: papa haydn.

If they live in hillsboro, cornelius or somewhere in 20 miles of this restaurant, they must come here. before 20 o'clock children are welcome. then only adult! let me say this by saying “I love FOOD”. I never had anything that was less than 5 stars quality. the Mac-n-Cheese is better than my mama. pick it up with the bbq pork for something else and delicious. what does everyone say about the Hungarian mushroom soup? it's true. 100%. I don't even like mushrooms. at least I thought I didn't. the nativity is back ruched all day and offered on Friday and Saturday. the pastrami reuben will rival that of each delirium. their chips are fresh and crispy and have all the right flavors. everything. her. make. is. delicious. on Thursday they have fresh delivery from desserts of papa haydn in portland. my man and I are literally going to portland to get dessert from papa haydn. this place has everything. Live music? Mic night open? wine sales? sitting outdoors? they have a bar in the back part of the restaurant and a talk back. they even have a gift shop next door full of fantastic antiques, seemingly from the father of the owner, clint, who had a nice discussion with our common passion for skunks. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. please, they make the world a better place.

Absolutely love this place! Quirky environment, excellent service, really good food. I had their Hungarian mushroom soup, so incredibly yummy! (If you like heat, go with the hot version. I think it's the Tumbleweed one. Their house pepper sauce, seriously brings flavorful heat! I always love their beet salad, well prepared, delicious beautifully presented. Had their Reuben today, really good. This is well worth the visit!
