Despite being upset, I understood that these things happen and informed the server. Unfortunately, she responded with eye-rolling and no apology. Throughout the rest of the night, we received rude looks and eye rolls. We remained polite, but ultimately decided not to tip or return in the future. After being encouraged by others, we contacted the owner to express our disappointment. However, the owner was also rude and seemed to side with the server. I shared my experience on social media, noting the good food but poor treatment we received. The waitress and others, including the owner, made negative comments about me and my review. As a customer, I am appalled by the lack of customer service at this establishment. Our celebratory night out was ruined, and we left without enjoying dessert or drinks. I cannot recommend this place.

Despite our politeness, we chose not to leave a tip and explained why on the receipt. After being advised by others, we contacted the owner, who was also unhelpful and accused us of trying to score a free meal. I shared my experience on social media, praising the food but criticizing the disrespectful treatment we received. The waitress and owner attacked me and other customers who supported me in various comments. I am shocked by the lack of customer service and cannot comprehend how they stay in business. Our night out turned sour, and we left immediately after our meal instead of staying for dessert and drinks. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
