While service sometimes in inaccurate...and carry out meals tend to always have something missing... the food, while nothing fancy..is well prepared comfort food...and Momma's is probably the best comfort food restaurant in Hillsboro! Best breakfast in Highland County hands down!

Found this place in way home from Serpent Mound. Delightful service, the best home cooked meal we've had for a small restaurant. Decor is cute, impeccably clean. Baked steak with mashed potatoes was perfect, fried shrimp, giant burgers, excellent salads, and don't forget the cherry cobbler. You won't find anything finer for miles around.

Went in Friday morning for the special Farmers breakfast Delecious and the large portions set you up for the day very good.

During a family reunion in the area, we visited downtown for bite to eat. We found Mama’s! Had the Fiesta Salad with grilled chicken, veggies and homemade ranch dressing. Delicious! Also had the homemade salmon patty dinner. Also great. Would recommend and would love to visit again!
