Bidra med feedbackExcellent Fried Fish and Woodfire Pizza. New Glarus beer, and polite and friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting this local gem, and we go there regularly. We even had them bring their pizza truck for a family wedding.
They were featuring burgers made from Valley Spring Farm's beef tonight. It was excellent. We went with the Branding Iron burgers (bacon, grilled onions) and a side of mushrooms. They work with local producers to provide quality meals. The Friday night fish fries are top notch. The deep fried cheese curd are stellar. Staff are friendly. Great gathering place. Small town spot with excellent food.
This place came recommend from a friend. We enjoyed a nice country drive to find this place and enjoyed great food, friendly service. Wonderful experience and a new place to visit for us.
We went for their Thursday Taco night. On the menu were three choices for tacos and two choices for drinks. I ordered two of the tacos and my friend ordered all three. They were all tasty. One of mine was a corn tortilla shell inside of a flour tortilla. I don't think the corn tortilla was necessary. It wasn't crunchy, which would have added some nice texture. However, everything inside of the tacos was delish. Their pizza nights are great! So take some time and visit
If you have stopped at Branding Iron in Lime Ridge for their wood fired pizza night, you are definitely missing out! These pizza are creative and delicious! I had the Kolrabi Crunch with caramelized onions, dates, bacon, feta and red pepper pesto. My friend had the Quack Quack Pizza with caramelized onions, duck confit, blue and sweet potato, fire roasted corn, currents, olive oil and goat cheese. These creative endeavors should not be missed! The option change each time they
