Tai Pan - Hillingdon

The staff are not friendly. Our food was very below average. The vegetable pad Thai contained no vegetables, the chilli beef had the thinnest strand of meat covered by a large amount of batter. I was so disappointed because I have been about a year ago and had a terrific meal. I won’t be returning.

Amazing tasty food, good selection on the menu, good service (staff were very attentive and friendly) and a great atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely family meal out

First visit to this restaurant and we loved it: great food, lots of variety, reasonable prices, friendly staff and convenient location. We’ll be back for sure!

Went to this restaurant with family and kids. The staff were really moody…no smile no engagement…management should train staff as they are in the hospitality business and it ruins the entire experience if the service whilst good is not given with a smile. Felt like they were not happy to serve us… The food was ok but I guess with the environment being the way it was the entire experience of going out to celebrate a special event was subdued. Felt we couldn’t enjoy the moment without scorns from the staff. Not a place I would recommend for a big party and especially if you are celebrating a special event!
