Mcdonald's - Hillingdon

Avoid unless you want your meal to be eaten to a background of foul language from the group of revolting kids who rampage through the place at will. We sat through repeated announcements about anti social behaviour and then an external security company over a tannoy asking them to leave. All ineffective as the group appeared to find the prospect of being arrested appealing. I guess from the manager's attitude to them that they are regulars- he told them to leave but was ignored. The store is over run with delivery drivers and this appears to be given priority. I feel really sorry for the staff here. They need to employ onsite security to protect staff and customers. We won't be returning

Absolutely fuming!!! My 3 year old daughter is in tears because her chips and drink, the only thing she wanted, is missing from our order. I don’t normally like to complain, but when it’s as ridiculous as this, I can’t help but share our experience! Ordered dinner for my son and daughter off of just eat from the Ruislip McDonald’s. He has a happy meal, and she only likes the chips. So I get her a medium chips and a drink. 3 items. Simple right? Not for these dummies!!!!! They have one job…. Make sure all the food ordered is in the bag…… especially on such a small and easy order as this one!!!!!! Understandable if someone orders many items and 1 or 2 things are forgotten, you could half forgive them. But on an order literally containing 3 items……absolutely appalling!!! And it’s not the first time it happened. I am reluctant to order from them most of the time. But my daughter asked so nicely I couldn’t refuse her this time. Since her food wasn’t delivered, but her brothers was, I’ve had to re-order hers and pay for delivery, again. Fuming doesn’t begin to explain it!

Bought the new MC crispy, was really looking forward to it, got it home to find it was a Mc chicken sandwich piece of chicken in a posh bun! Was boring and not tasty!

Went in on a Friday evening. Typical McDonald's fayre. Sat upstairs and told get out by staff member. Not the best opening conversational gambit. Then another staff member said the area was closed, much better. Could vex some customers.

Absolutely rubbish. I would give 0 stars and not even 1 star. Ordered from the McDelivery app, and my order didn't get delivered to me. On the McDelivery tracking page it said 2mins away, 1 min away, then 2min away, I then received an email saying enjoy your food. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE ORDER! They delivered it to someone elses house. I then went to Mc Donalds to tell them and one lady said you have to collect it, she was absolutely clueless, then another lady said it not nothing to do with them and it is the uber eats drivers. It does not make sense as to why there is a Mc Delivery app when the drivers are uber eats, surely it should be called Mc uber eats. Don't know why Mc Donald's employ useless drivers that can't be trusted. Don't ever order from the Mc Delivery app
