Cinnamon Tree - Hillingdon

This was our first time ordering from this takeout restaurant. We had a 30% discount voucher so we decided to give them a try. The restaurant is not far from our home, but unfortunately, the food arrived cold. If I wanted a meal that I needed to heat up myself, I would have just purchased one from the supermarket. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Placed an order and take two hours in delivering when call the staff lie about the manager being out on delivery, when asked said 'manager ' they said they wasnt the manager, when asked about a compensation we were offered a popadom. Food came cold and half cooked.

I received aloo tikkis instead of pakoras and chicken nugget-style pieces instead of chicken pakoras. I ended up throwing it in the trash because the paneer had no flavor either.

I waited for over 2 hours for my food from this restaurant, and they changed the delivery times twice. The driver ended up getting lost, and when the food finally arrived, half of it was lukewarm.

Great food but you had might as well have it delivered as when you go to collect it they start cooking it
