Caviar House Prunier - Hillingdon

I have been a regular at the Caviar House for many years and have always enjoyed the great food, wine, and service. However, it seems that things have changed recently. On my most recent visit, I noticed that they were out of King Crab and Balik Salmon, the staff was not as friendly, and the wine list was limited. The best wine they had available was a bottle of Sancerre, which was only average. If you are content with a prawn cocktail and mediocre wine, then this place may still meet your expectations. But for someone like me who enjoys a fine seafood platter and a bottle of Montrachet, the experience was not the same. The fact that the restaurant was empty at 3:00pm, aside from myself and one other couple, suggests that the new owners may be heading in the wrong direction by cutting corners. It seems like they have missed the mark and failed to maintain the special experience that catered to all tastes, including mine.

I dined at this restaurant before my morning flight on June 13, 2022, as it was the only option in Terminal 3. The service was lacking, with only one waitress and a male employee who seemed inexperienced. Despite being the only option, the food was not worth the price. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and a waste of money.

I recently visited Prunier for oysters, champagne, and a delicious meal. The service was top-notch and the food was fantastic. My girlfriend and I had a great time and can't wait to come back. It's always a treat to dine here.

Good food and good service. Location was in Heathrow Terminal 4 I had the crab salad and a side order of potato salad. The crab salad was served with a side salad along with bread and butter. I also had a side order of potato salad. The crab tasted very good and was a good size portion. The side salad that it was served with was lightly dressed in a flavoursome dressing. The potato salad tasted good and was a large portion. The staff were both polite and courteous. I would definitely visit again next time I am in Terminal 4.

I’m always making a stop at CH&P when at airports, to take some relax and enjoy ousters or outstanding Balik #1 .... Comparing to other places, one at LHR is not very convenient location nor seating, thereofre not relaxed nor conveniet .... food is same quality as elsewhere, but not same level of experience. I definitelly prefer one at Coppenhagen or Dubai airports.
